The Department of Dermatology at Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine is seeking energized and committed candidates to apply for the role of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor of Dermatology. The new faculty member will be responsible for building a robust clinical practice while playing an integral role within the Dermatology Residency program.
Temple's Department of Dermatology offers patients with all types of skin conditions some of the latest medical and surgical treatment options, as well as the opportunity to enroll in therapeutic clinical trials. Our dermatologists are leaders in the field and are committed to increasing our understanding of dermatologic diseases through clinical practice and innovative research. Providing a full spectrum of comprehensive dermatology services in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings throughout the Philadelphia region including; Temple’s Health Science Campus, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Fort Washington and Center City.
• M.D. or D.O. with active board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
• Training from an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Academic credentials for a faculty appointment at the appropriate rank.
• Possession or eligibility to receive an unrestricted medical license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong interest in teaching, and patient care.
